Find your practice.
From the classic 26+2 series to deep yin stretching, we have a class for every body. All classes are taught by specifically trained instructors.
26+2 Hot Yoga (60 Minute)
26+2 Hot Yoga is a traditional, set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in the same order every class. This method is rooted in the lineage of Bishnu Charan Ghosh and is widely known as Bikram Hot Yoga. The class is practiced in a heated room of approximately 105°F (40°C), designed to support muscle elasticity, circulation, and overall performance. The consistency of the sequence allows students to build familiarity, track progress, and deepen their practice over time.
Each posture works the body in a systematic way, helping to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. The combination of heat, breath, and repetition supports cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and muscular endurance, while also encouraging mental clarity and stress reduction. This class is suitable for all levels. Whether it's your first class or part of a long-term practice, you are invited to move at your own pace and meet yourself exactly where you are.
26+2 Hot Yoga (90 Minute)
This 90-minute class is a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Rooted in the lineage of Bishnu Charan Ghosh and widely known as Bikram Hot Yoga, this method is designed to systematically work every part of the body. The class is practiced in a room heated to approximately 105°F (40°C) to help warm the muscles, increase circulation, and support deeper, safer stretching. The sequence is performed in the same order every class, allowing the body to open progressively while building strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration.
Each posture prepares the body for the next, moving fresh, oxygenated blood through the entire system and supporting the body's natural ability to restore balance and function. With regular practice, students often experience improved posture, increased energy, and a greater sense of overall well-being. This class is designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Through repetition and consistency, you will learn to focus the mind, regulate the breath, and approach the practice with greater awareness and control. Over time, this discipline extends beyond the mat, reflecting the true intention of yoga: the union of body, mind, and spirit.
Intro to Beginners Hot Yoga (60 Minute)
This class is the perfect place to start if you're new to yoga, not quite ready for the full 90-minute 26+2 class, or simply looking to ease your way into the practice. Rooted in the Bishnu Charan Ghosh lineage, you'll be guided through the foundational 26-posture sequence in a supportive and approachable way. We move a little slower here, taking time to break things down so you can understand each posture, connect to your breath, and begin to feel more at home in your body.
Practiced in a heated room, this 60-minute class is a shorter version of our traditional 90-minute 26+2 Hot Yoga class. It's designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. New students are invited to reach out to us to reserve your first complimentary class. Advanced 84 Hot Yoga (2 HR)
This class is rooted in the teachings of Bishnu Charan Ghosh and offers a deeper exploration into the traditional 84 asana system. It's an opportunity to move beyond the familiar 26+2 sequence and experience a broader range of postures within this classical lineage. Expect a practice that challenges and expands you. You'll explore a variety of postures including deeper backbends, forward folds, balances, and inversions, with an emphasis on alignment, awareness, and control.
This class invites you to refine your technique, build strength and flexibility, and develop greater focus and resilience. While this is a more advanced and exploratory practice, you'll be guided in a supportive environment where you are encouraged to work at your own edge. Come with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to grow.
Foundational 84 Asanas (90 Minute)
90 minutes, slower pace. Same legendary sequence. Now with drills. Step into the rich world of classical asana with this progressive journey through the 84 Asanas, a profound sequence rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and the Ghosh lineage of Calcutta. This 90-minute class follows the full arc of the sequence while offering a slower-paced, technique-centered approach that supports practitioners who want to deepen their practice or explore advanced postures with intelligence and care.
The complete 84 sequence remains intact, yet the emphasis is on exploration rather than performance. You will break down transitions, strengthen foundational mechanics, and work with targeted drills that build skill for arm balances, inversions, deep backbends, and splits. Expect the full 84 Asanas sequence taught at a sustainable pace, foundational drills for strength and safe mobility, opportunities to pause and refine alignment, traditional breathwork and kriyas woven throughout, and emphasis on learning over performing. Ideal for experienced students who want to study the 84 sequence methodically.
Ashtanga (60 & 75 Minute)
Ashtanga is a traditional, breath-led practice built on a set sequence of postures performed in a specific order. Each movement is guided by the breath, creating a steady, rhythmic flow that becomes both physically demanding and deeply meditative.
Rooted in discipline and consistency, this practice builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while sharpening focus and awareness. Over time, the repetition of the sequence allows you to develop a deeper connection to your body and a greater sense of control in your practice. This is a focused, inward experience designed to challenge both the body and the mind.
Slow Flow Hot Yoga (60 Minute)
Slow Flow Hot Yoga is a breath-centered, unhurried practice designed to help you move with intention and awareness. Practiced in a heated room, this class gives you time to settle into each posture, refine alignment, and build strength with control. The pace is slower than a traditional Vinyasa class, allowing you to fully experience each movement while staying connected to your breath.
Expect a thoughtful balance of gentle flow, longer holds, and moments of stillness. This practice supports strength, mobility, and focus while creating space for the nervous system to calm and reset. Accessible to all levels, this is a great class for those looking to slow down, deepen their practice, and move with greater ease and awareness.
Vinyasa / Fusion Hot Yoga (60 Minute)
Vinyasa/Fusion is a dynamic, breath-centered flow that blends traditional vinyasa with a strong foundation in classical yoga practices. Each class is intentionally sequenced, linking movement with breath to create a fluid and continuous experience.
Expect a balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility, with intelligent transitions and purposeful pacing. While each class offers variety, the practice remains rooted in structure, alignment, and breath awareness. This class is designed to build heat, increase endurance, and leave you feeling strong, clear, and connected.
Yin (60 Minute)
Yin is a slower, meditative practice designed to gently work into the body's deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Through a series of long-held, supported postures, the body is invited to soften, release, and open over time. The room is warm and dim, creating a quiet, grounding space where muscles can relax and tension can begin to melt away.
As the body settles, the stillness of the practice begins to influence the mind. This is where Yin moves beyond the physical. With time and patience, you're given the opportunity to observe sensation, thought, and breath, creating space for awareness, balance, and ease. A deeply restorative practice that supports both body and mind.
YinYasa (60 Minute)
YinYasa is a balanced blend of movement and stillness. The class begins with a gentle, breath-led flow to build warmth and awareness in the body, then transitions into longer-held yin postures designed to support deep release.
This combination allows you to build strength and mobility while also creating space for recovery and restoration. It's a well-rounded practice that brings together effort and ease, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and reset.
